Wermland's Nation invites you to become a part of a community that feels like a home away from home.
At Wermland's Nation, we have something for everyone. Is the environment close to your heart? Does your interests include singing? Or do you enjoy taking photos or designing posters? Maybe you are more of a peaceful type who likes meditation and yoga? Or perhaps you want to experience the student life by working at our nation?
As Sweden’s first KRAV certified student association, we are able to offer a wide selection of organic food and beer at student friendly prices every Wednesday. On these days, we alternate between our American Jazz Pub and our Board Game Pub.
We regularly host pubs with and live bands and our clubs have DJs.
Within our nation you can join in on choral singing, sports activities, yoga, a web magazine, and the environmental committee for those who want to make the nation an even greener association! If you want to start a new committee or have ideas we’re always excited to hear from you about your thoughts and ideas!

how to sign up
Joining our nation, like any other nation, is a simple two step process.

Become a member of Studentlund.

Come by the office and simply tell us that you would like to sign up.
Once you have completed both of these steps you will receive in the mail your Studentlund Card. You will need to have this card to attend the events and activities at both our nation and other nations. While you wait for your card, or if you prefer, you can download the Studentkortet App on your smartphone to access your Student Card.
At the start of every term we have what is called "Novisch period" for new students joining our nation. During this time, there are planned activities and events that you can partake in.
